Simply write a few words to describe the item your selling.. All you pay is a 3% Transaction Fee if your item sells and if your item  doesn't sell you don't pay anything, so it's a win win situation. The transaction Fee is 3% (not to exceed $150 maximum) for all personal ads.
Any item under $35 is free. If your renting an apartment it's three percent one months rent
